150 150 Christopher Nelson

In this CA Fwd original video, we explore how Jeffrey Berryman became trapped in the revolving door of state prison facilities and how AB 109 funding and the progressive mentality at Rio Cosumnes Correctional Facility, lead by Captain Milo Fitch, are allowing him to break the cycle.

Now 33 years old, Berryman has been in and out of prisons and jails since he was 14. Drugs played a significant role in perpetuating the constant parole violations that kept the door spinning. Now he is receiving vocational training that will give him the skills necessary to return to society ready to stop taking and start contributing.
