Harold Dichoso

Harold Dichoso’s work is rooted in one belief: intentional support unlocks potential. Over 15 years, he’s designed programs and delivered professional development that builds capacity in individuals and organizations, creating the conditions for them to take their next step forward. As a first-generation Filipino immigrant and college graduate, he combines lived experience with cross-sector expertise in program design, organizational development, and leadership cultivation.

Harold’s career spans education, workforce development, and nonprofit sectors. He’s managed 30 site-based programs for West Contra Costa Unified School District, co-writing grants that secured $6 million. At the City of Berkeley, he developed a workforce program and trained leadership to sustain it independently. From EdTech to community programs, Harold empowers others to create lasting change at scale.

A certified Trainer of Trainers, Harold brings systems thinking and collaborative leadership to his facilitation. At California Forward, he leads the Young Leaders Program (YLP), cultivating emerging policy advocates for an inclusive, resilient California. He also supports organizational storytelling through graphic design and communications. Harold is completing his Master of Professional Studies in Organizational Leadership at Fort Hays State University, studying complexity leadership and systems thinking, frameworks he applies directly to the Young Leaders Program. Outside work, he channels his creative background as a musician and videographer into content creation.
