State and community college students met in different parts of California over the weekend to discuss how to get engaged and how to address issues that face the state’s public school and higher education system.

It was a great pleasure to host a Brews and Views discussion on: “California’s Budget Mess: What’s Next and How Do We Move California Forward.” at the Half Moon Bay Brewing Company on the coastside last week.

California Forward visited Los Angeles, Half Moon Bay, and San Jose this past week, in our continuing efforts to collect ideas for how to fix our state and get input on our evolving plan.

Through our “Speak Up CA” video interviews you have shared your visions for California, the major obstacles to making those “California Dreams” a reality and the role government should play in making our dreams come true. Now, we want to hear about your community.
