Laci Heap is a rising senior at Stanford University studying Management Science & Engineering. She is passionate about the intersection of economic development, sustainability, policy, and social impact, with a particular interest in how regional strategies can support inclusive growth and climate resilience. At Stanford, Laci serves as Co-President of the Black Student Union, where she helps lead community-building, advocacy, and programming efforts for Stanford’s Black undergraduate community.

Her previous experiences span venture capital, business development, data analysis, and social impact work. This summer, she is excited to support California Forward’s Industrial (R)Evolution work through research and analysis related to California’s bioeconomy, battery supply chains, and advanced industrial development.
