With a results-oriented and community-centered approach, Kayla leads a high-performing team responsible for advancing City leadership’s economic vision and delivering award-winning programs that strengthen Menifee’s fiscal sustainability, business climate, and quality of life.

As a strategic leader in one of California’s fastest-growing cities, her work emphasizes maximizing return on investment, cultivating public-private partnerships, and ensuring economic development efforts directly benefit the Menifee community. Kayla earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with an emphasis in Public Relations and a double major in American Studies from California State University, Fullerton, and holds accreditation from the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED).
