Lizbeth Martinez-Ramos

Lizbeth Martinez-Ramos is CivicSpark Fellow serving the City of Riverside Office of Sustainability. She specializes in projects that fall under alternative fuel sites and municipal energy efficiency, while contributing to foundational priorities within the office. 

As a recent graduate of Georgetown University with a BS in Science, Technology, and International Affairs with a concentration in Energy and Environment and minor in Environmental Studies, her passion has led her towards regional efforts in the energy sector. So far, Lizbeth has contributed to the development of the City of Riverside’s Electric Vehicle Policy and acceptance into the LEED for Cities Cohort 2025. Her work overall consists of developing strategic partnerships and conducting policy research for the City of Riverside’s clean energy goals while taking the lead in project management. 

Lizbeth is passionate about sustainable development with a focus on clean energy and hopes to continue contributing to the space throughout her career.
