Jennifer (Jen) Khy serves as the Programs Manager for CA FWD. She is responsible for supporting and managing the day-to-day activities of particular organizational programs.

Prior to joining CA FWD in 2021, Jen worked in various project management roles supporting the planning and development processes of urban planning, housing, transportation, and air quality projects throughout the San Joaquin Valley, Greater Sacramento, and Inland Empire regions.

Jen is an alumna of California State University, Fresno and is currently based in the Northern San Joaquin Valley.
