Proposition 2 is working. This budget saves for the inevitable next recession, aggressively pays down debt and liabilities, and restores funding to schools. CA Fwd also encourages the Governor and the Legislature to adopt smart and focused one-time funding solutions that can help prepare our workforce, repair the crumbling infrastructure, and enhance services that will save costs and improve results in the long term.
