Governor Newsom's first State of the State address reminds all Californians of the needs to better prepare our workforce for current and future jobs, the critical need for more housing and the pressing issue of how we can make the California Dream accessible to all who live here. We are also struck with how well aligned the Governor's economic priorities are with the California Economic Summit and the 2019 Roadmap to Shared Prosperity and look forward to working with the Newsom Administration to address these pressing issues that have the effect of simultaneously advancing economic growth, ensuring environmental quality, and providing opportunity for all.
